Viveo contributes to local development through active social responsibility policies and practices, promoting the well-being of the communities surrounding its operations. In doing so, the Company seeks to strengthen the social legitimacy of its activities by fostering engagement with these communities and incorporating their interests into its business practices.
Viveo reviews requests for product and service donations through a structured process based on the technical and governance criteria established in its internal policies.
All requests are assessed in accordance with the Private Social Investment Policy and the Sponsorships, Samples, Campaigns and Gifts Policy, taking into consideration factors such as alignment with the Company’s purpose, social impact, legal compliance, product availability and operational feasibility. Requests should be submitted to responsabilidadesocial@viveo.com.br. During the review process, Viveo may request additional information or decline to proceed with requests that do not meet the criteria established in its internal policies.

Initiatives carried out by hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Social projects benefiting people in vulnerable situations.
Initiatives providing support in situations officially declared as public emergencies or disasters.
Self-sustaining projects or institutions.
Preference for organizations located in regions where Viveo operates.
Initiatives that advance the pillars of Viveo’s Sustainability Strategy.
